We are a small, family-style Adult Foster Care Home in the Detroit Metro area — licensed by the State of Michigan and committed to the highest standards of resident care.

A trusted placement partner
We accept direct discharges from hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and psychiatric facilities. Our home is Michigan-licensed, responsive, and ready to complete intake quickly — often within 24–48 hours of referral.
We accept Medicaid, VA benefits, SSI, and private pay — and we’ll walk you through every step so placement is seamless for your client or resident.
Guardians & legal representatives: We work directly with court-appointed guardians, conservators, and family representatives to coordinate placement, documentation, and ongoing care communication. You will always have a direct point of contact at our home.
