Direct Care Staff
Provide hands-on daily care and support to residents, assisting with personal care, activities of daily living, and creating a warm, supportive environment.
Requirements
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work various shifts
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Michigan ID or Driver's License
Overnight Awake Staff
Provide overnight supervision and support to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
Requirements
- Ability to remain awake and alert overnight
- Reliable and responsible
- Strong observational skills
- Experience in care settings preferred
Medication Aide
Assist with medication administration and management, ensuring residents receive their medications correctly and on schedule.
Requirements
- Michigan Medication Aide certification preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with adult care populations
