We serve adults 18 and older, including seniors 55+, veterans, adults with physical or developmental disabilities, and individuals experiencing homelessness. Our home is licensed by the State of Michigan as an Adult Foster Care Home.

We typically respond to all inquiries within one business day.Common documents include a physician’s assessment or care plan, identification, insurance or benefit information (Medicaid, VA, SSI, etc.), and any relevant medical records. Our staff will guide you through exactly what’s needed for your situation.
We work to accommodate urgent placements and can often complete the intake process within 24–48 hours when a bed is available. Discharge planners and social workers are encouraged to call us directly for time-sensitive referrals.
Life in our home

Family involvement
Absolutely. Family involvement is encouraged and welcomed. We ask that visits be coordinated in advance so we can ensure the best experience for your loved one and other residents. Contact us to arrange a visit.
Our staff communicates proactively with families about health changes, care updates, and any concerns. We believe families are partners in care, and we maintain open lines of communication at all times.
We regularly reassess each resident’s care plan and adjust services as needs evolve. If a resident’s needs exceed what we can safely provide, we will work with the family and appropriate agencies to find the right next step.

A basic referral should include the individual’s name, age, primary diagnosis or care needs, current location (hospital, shelter, etc.), and funding source if known. We can work with incomplete information and help gather what’s missing.
